Pro Pc Sharks is effective by being able to solve computer related problems in as short of a time as possible. We make it our business not to drag out jobs or make them extremely complicated.
Pro Pc Sharks Guarantees that all our staff will be polite and Professional at all times, treating our clients with the up most respect and patients.
That is the way we work, if we fail to complete work, then we do not charge - No Fix, No Fee.
We offer two main ways of getting your upgrade and repairs done.
Home Call-out Service
At Pro Pc Sharks, we try to carryout repairs at your home where possible. This minimizes the disruption and hassle for you and also gets you back up-and-working in the shortest possible time.
Our Smart Cars have been especially adapted and equipped with every conceivable tool. This enables us to carryout a wider range of repairs without having to take your machine away and that means work is normally completed on first visit.
We provide our home service over the area from Waukesha, WI and the surrounding area. There is likely to be a roaming technical expert in your area that will be happy to give free impartial advice. All our Technicians are fully experienced and are extremely qualified. We don't take chances with your computers.
Home Service Charges
- $60 for the first hour (most jobs can be done in 1 hr)
- $40 each hour after that (rounded off to the nearest 15 mins)
As with all our repair work, its No Fix, No Fee
All our Prices are Inclusive and we have No HIDDEN Costs what-so-ever.
